The Czechs have reached the Euro 2021 finals in four of the last 5 occasions, but their most recent three campaigns have ended in the group stage since a fourth-placed finish in 2011.England U21 have impressed in their qualifying campaign under the new guide of Lee Carsley. The young Lions have collected 25 of the 30 points on offer, scoring 26 goals in 10 matches while conceding just seven in the process. They also won three friendly matches over Italy, Germany and France since qualification but suffered back-to-back defeats in their most recent outings against Croatia and Japan.
