England v Kosovo Betting Preview
England will be in good spirits after seeing off Bulgaria 4-0 on SaturdayEngland maintained their 100% winning record in the Euro 2020 qualifiers with a comprehensive 4-0 win over Bulgaria on Saturday, courtesy of a hat-trick scored by captain Harry Kane. The Three Lions have netted 14 goals, and conceded just once in three qualifying matches. They proved far too strong for the competition thus far having already put five past Czech Republic and five past Montenegro in their March fixtures. Of course, there is no head-to-head record for this fixture. This will be the first meeting between the teams.
Manager Gareth Southgate is expected to shuffle his pack. Ross Barkley and Marcus Rashford are perhaps the likeliest to drop out. The duo is likely to be replaced by Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Jadon Sancho. In defense, Trent Alexander-Arnold could come in Kieran Trippier, with the likes of Michael Keane, Harry Maguire and Danny Rose retaining their starting berth. Up front, Raheem Sterling and Harry Kane look sure to start again. Jesse Lingard and Aaron Wan-Bissaka were both forced to pull out of the squad last week due to illness and injury respectively.
Kosovo will be full of confidence after an important win over Czech Republic last time outKosovo enter this clash on a 15-match unbeaten run and currently sit second in the Group A, but they have played four qualifiers. After two draws in the first two matches - 1:1 against Bulgaria and in Montenegro - they have won in Bulgaria 3-2 and got all three poins few days ago against Czech Republic (2-1). They are unbeaten since October 2017, winning 10 of their last 15 matches during a very impressive period. Kosovo also topped their Nations League group and drew 2-2 with Denmark in a friendly back in March. Thanks to their Nations League performance, Kosovo would still have a fine chance of getting to Euro 2020 as they are guaranteed a place in the play-offs if they fail to finish in the top two
Kosovo boss Bernard Challandes has no fresh injury issues and could name an unchanged starting XI. Swansea's offensive midfielder Bersant Celina supported Vedat Muriqi in the final third last time out and that is again expected to be here. Edon Zhegrova and Elbasan Rashani are expected to start out wide while Idriz Voca and Besar Halimi should anchor the midfield. Manchester City's Muric is also expected to get the nod between the sticks despite the presence of the experienced Samir Ujkani.
