Maurizio Sarri is under intense pressure following Chelsea's fall to sixth in the Premier League

Chelsea showed great heart to hold Manchester City to a goalless draw in the EFL Cup Final on Sunday, following their 6-0 beating in Premier League just two weeks prior. The Blues have lost three of their last four Premier League contests but should gain confidence from that performance and forget the 2-0 and 4-0 defeats to Arsenal and Bournemouth respectively earlier this month. Maurizio Sarri's men have lost just one of their last 15 league matches at home - 1-0 to Leicester City just before Christmas. Stamford Bridge has been a fortress for Chelsea against Tottenham with the visitors having only won one of their last 32 matches at the venue.

Sarri must decide whether to stick with Kepa in goal or bring in Willy Caballero following Sunday's famous incident when the Spanish keeper refused to be substituted. Gonzalo Higuain ix expected to return to the team, with Eden Hazard shifting out wide. Callum Hudson-Odoi may have to settle for a place on the bench once again despite an impressive performance against Man City. Mateo Kovacic or Ruben Loftus-Cheek will likely replace Ross Barkley in the middle of the park. Marcos Alonso was not used against Man City and will be fully fit for this match while Gary Cahill is still struggling with a back problem. Davide Zappacosta has had the flu and is major doubt.

Tottenham have lost their last three away matches in all competitions

Tottenham fell to a disappointing 1-2 defeat at the hands of Burnley at the weekend, and now sit five points behind second placed Man City and league leaders Liverpool. They had won four straight in the league prior to that loss and are still in third place, despite having lost seven Premier League games this term. Of course, their title hopes are surely over for another year, unless both Man City and Liverpool hit a bad patch of form between now and the end of May. Spurs have won three of their last four meetings with the Blues but were kncoked out of the EFL Cup at the semi-finals stage last month thanks to a comeback win over a two-legged tie that was settled by penalties

Harry Kane was back in the squad for the Burnley match and will lead the line in Wednesday's London derby. Son Heung-Min will partner the England international while Christian Eriksen is expected to play as number ten, given that Dele Alli is still sidelined. The likes of Erik Lamela, Lucas Moura and Fernando Llorente are other offensive options. Eric Dier was absent at the weekend because of illness and could make the bench at maximum. As a result, Moussa Sissoko and Harry Wink are expected to play from the off in midfield. Kieran Trippier and Davinson Sanchez are likely to be recalled after being left out at the weekend.
