NAPOLI vs INTER MILAN BETTING PREVIEW 

Napoli have won all the 8 Serie A games played so far and will be looking to become only the second Italian team to win their first 9 league matches of the season. This run includes important away victories at Lazio (1-4) and Roma (0-1). Maurizio Sarri's men have been beaten in just two of their last 25 competitive matches on home soil. Plus, they have scored at least three goals in eight of their last nine Serie A victories at their home stadium. Anyway, their Champions League campaign is not going as desired. The Partenopei have lost at Manchester City last Tuesday (2-1), a huge blow since they also lost the opening clash at Shakhtar Donetsk with the same scoreline.

Allan and Jorginho were dropped to the bench against Manchester City in midweek but they are expected to replace Amadou Diawara and Piotr Zielinski in midfield. The Pole should be moved up front as Lorenzo Insigne is a major doubt after being subbed at the Etihad Stadium because of a muscle problem. With Arkadiusz Milik out for a long period, Adam Ounas and Emanuele Giaccherini are the only viable alternatives in attack. No changes are expected in defense Elseid Hysaj, Raul Albiol, Kalidou Koulibaly and Faouzi Ghoulam will all retain their starting berth.



Inter Milan are the only other unbeaten side in the league, having dropped points only at Bologna (1-1). They sit 2nd in the Serie A standings, 2 points behind Napoli. The Nerazzurri enter this match on the back of three consecutive wins and a 3-2 thrilling victory over AC Milan last weekend. They have had a full week to prepare for this fixture, compared to Napoli who played in Champions League on Tuesday. Luciano Spalletti’s side have looked very soldi at the back so far - they have conceded just five goals in eight Serie A games this season (the same as Napoli).

Luciano Spalletti is likely to play with the same starting lineup whoe won the Derby last time out. That would see Borja Valero as number ten behind the lone striker Mauro Icardi, with Antonio Candreva and Ivan Perisic on the flanks. Joao Mario is not 100% fit but could play at some stage, as well as Eder. In midfield, Roberto Gagliardini should partner Matias Vecino. The likes of Joao Miranda, Milan Skriniar and Danilo D'Ambrosio will retain their starting berth in defense, while Yuto Nagatomo is favourite over Dalbert for the left-back spot. Marcelo Brozovic and Zinho Vanheusden are the only injured players.
