WATFORD v LIVERPOOL BETTING PREVIEW
Watford secured their top-flight status with some room to spare, as they have won three of their last five. The Hornets, who have won each of their last three home matches and haven't conceded a goal in that time, have lost only 5 of their 17 games at Vicarage Road with 3 of them against top teams like Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham. Anyway, Watford have nothing to play for at the moment, and have lost 2-0 to Hull last time out.Head coach Walter Mazzarri will check on Craig Cathcart but Daryl Janmaat, Sebastian Prodl, Miguel Britos and Jose Holebas may continue in defence. Valon Behrami is pushing for a start in midfield, but Abdoulaye Doucoure, Tom Cleverley and Etienne Capoue may gain be handed the starting roles. Up front, Troy Deeney will lead the line as usual with M'Baye Niang and Nordin Amrabat on his flanks.
Liverpool were beaten at Anfield Road by Crystal Palace with 1-2 last time out and although they came into the weekend in third spot, their Champions League qualification is far from secured. Two recent road trips delivered low thrills 1-0 wins at Stoke and West Brom but they have lost at the likes of Burnley, Bournemouth, Hull and Leicester earlier this term. When these two teams last met, Liverpool thrashed Watford with a convincing 6-1 victory at Anfield in November.
Adam Lallana has returned to full training following a thigh injury, and could come into contention as well as Ragnar Klavan while Daniel Sturridge suffered a hip injury that may keep him out for the season. Philippe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino are expected to flank central striker Divock Origi in attack once, with Sadio Mane still sidelined. Nathaniel Clyne, Dejan Lovren, Joel Matip and James Milner could form an unchanged back four. In midfield, given that Jordan Henderson has still not been able to return to training, the likes of Emre Can, Lucas and Georginio Wijnaldum are likely to feature from the off.
