TOUR DE FRANCE STAGE 7 BETTING PREVIEW 

After two hard days in the Vosges, riders will face the longest stage of the 2019 Tour. The stage starts out lumpy, with three categorized climbs in the first 110K giving attackers a chance to escape. From there, it is a 120K downhill ride from the top of the final climb to the finish in Chalon-sur-Saône.

Giulio Ciccone, who took the overall lead on Stage 6, should have no trouble defending his yellow jersey as it should ends with an inevitable sprint.



Elia Viviani is the favourite n.1 after his brilliant victory earlier this week. If Quick Step leadout functions as the well oiled machine you'd expect, the Italian is a very hard man to beat.

Caleb Ewan and Dylan Groenewegen are his closest rivals. The Dutchman has endured both a crash and poor positioning in his opening two attempts to net a victory, but will be chomping at the bit to net a stage win. The Australian has  been omnipresent in sprint finishes so far in this year but he looks far from his best.

Peter Sagan, Alexander Kristoff, Michael Matthews, Christophe Laporte, Giacomo Nizzolo and Sonny Colbrelli will fight to grab a place in the top 3.

Andrè Greipel, Matteo Trentin and Mike Teunissen are our long-shot options.
