SWANSEA v LIVERPOOL BETTING PREVIEW

Swansea City are in horrible form right now, having collected just one point since the opening-day win over newly-promoted Burnley. They have lost four of their last five matches in all competitions and another one could see the end of Guidolin as Swansea manager. The Swans sealed a 3-1 victory over the Reds the last time they met at the Liberty Stadium back in May.

Borja Baston made his first league appearance from the bench last week and could partner Fernando Llorente up front. Leon Britton earned a recall last time out and should keep his place in a four-man midfield. Gylfi Sigurdsson and Modou Barrow are expected to start as wingers in a 4-4-2 formation. Federico Fernandez and Nathan Dyer, who is sidelined for the for two months with an ankle injury, will miss through injury.

Coral Enhanced Odds

Liverpool have made an excellent start to the 2016/17 campaign, with a surprise 2-0 defeat at Burnley the only blot on their copybook at this time. The Reds enter this match on the back of a 5-1 win over Hull City last weekend. It was their fourth consecutive victory, having beaten 4-1 Leicester and 2-1 Chelsea in the Premier League, and 3-0 Derby in the EFL Cup. Anyway, the Merseysiders have only won one of their last five matches away to Swansea.

Divock Origi is a slight doubt for the trip to Wales. Roberto Firmino is expected to continue in the “false nine” role, flanked by Sadio Mane and Philippe Coutinho in attack, with Daniel Sturridge as alternative up front. Jurgen Klopp will certainly field an unchanged midfield trio, formed by Adam Lallana, Jordan Henderson and Georginio Wijnaldum. Loris Karius is likely to start betweeen the posts while Nathaniel Clyne and James Milner are expected to retain their starting berths in the full-back positions.
