TOTTENHAM v LEICESTER BETTING PREVIEW
Tottenham have now failed to win their last four games in all competitions and enter this match on the back of a disappointing midweek defeat to Liverpool in the EFL Cup. Anyway, they are the only unbeaten team in the top flight and sit 4th in the Premier League standings, just one point behind the leading trio Man City, Arsenal and Liverpool.
Moussa Sissoko serves the second of his three-match while Harry Kane is back in training. Anyway, this match comes to early for the England international. Heung-min Son could lead the attack, though Vincent Janssen will hope to start having netted in midweek. Toby Alderweireld remains sidelined for the home clash against Leicester City due to a knee injury, so Eric Dier should continue alongside Jan Vertonghen in central defence.
Leicester defeated Crystal Palace 3-1 at home last weekend and prior to that, they defeated FC Copenhagen in the Champions League. Hence, they are now on a two game winning streak. The Foxes have lost all away games in the league so far this season and unlike the last campaign - they're leaking goals. In four matches on the road, they've conceded 13 times. They did, though, win this fixture last season, landing a 1-0 win at White Hart Lane.
Claudio Ranieri remains without Ben Chilwell and Nampalys Mendy while Jamie Vardy is probably likely to earn a recall, with Slimani possibly making way if Ranieri wants to revert back to the 4-4-1-1. The Italian manager is likely to opt for his first-choice back four of Danny Simpson, Robert Huth, Wes Morgan and Christian Fuchs. In midfield, Matthew James and Andy King are both doubts and will be assessed closer to kick off.
