SCOTLAND v GEORGIA BETTING PREVIEW

Having gone six games unbeaten, Scotland lost 2-1 their Euro 2016 qualifying Group D opener away to world champions Germany. They have recently beaten Poland and Norway as well as earning well fought draws against the respectable United States and Nigeria. Gordon Strachan has breathed new life into Scotland over the past couple of years and they are certainly capable of securing their place at the tournament in France.

Betfair Sportsbook BonusStrachan has called exciting youngsters Ryan Gauld and Stevie May into his squad, with teenage winger Gauld impressing since his move to Sporting Lisbon. Andy Robertson and Scott Brown have both recovered from their respective injuries. Matt Gilks was called to replace Allan McGregor, but Charlie Mulgrew has been overlooked as he steps up his recovery from a knee problem. In form Naismith and Fletcher will lead the Scottish attack.

Georgia were close to landing a point against Ireland in their opening qualifier, with Aidan McGeady scoring a late winner for the Irish. Prior of that game, they ended a ten-match winless run as they defeated Liechtenstein and Saudi Arabia in first two warm-up games of the year before suffering a 1-0 loss to UAE.

The visitors are expected to a defence-minded approach as Guram Kashia and Levan Mchedlidze are out injured. Anyway, Georgia's manager Temur Ketsbaia has no other selection worries. Gelashvili is likely to be deployed up front as the lone striker in the 4-3-2-1 formation.

Scotland and Georgia have not faced each other since 2007, when the two sides met in Euro 2008 qualifiers and both sides recorded home victories.
