Novak Djokovic vs Matteo Berrettini betting preview
Novak Djokovic will be eyeing his 6th Wimbledon title this Sunday, and can equal the record of highest Grand Slams with Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal. He has won the last two editions having beaten Kevin Anderson in 2018 and the legend Roger Federer in 2019. Djokovic has won the semifinal in straight sets, beating 7-6(3), 7-5, 7-5 the 22-year-old Denis Shapovalov. The 34-year old saved 10 of 11 break points he faced, and recorded an 81 win percentage when landing his first serve. As a result, he has only dropped one set so far at SW19 against Jack Draper in the first round.

Matteo Berrettini faced 14th seeded Hubert Hurkacz - who rolled over Roger Federer - in the semi-finals. He won 6-3, 6-0, 6-7(3), 6-4 in just over two hours and a half. The Italian looked very consistent as he did not lose a single serve over the course of the four sets, and managed to save both break points he faced. His biggest strength is his service. In the semifinals, he had 22, compared to Hurkacz’s just five. The fastest was 220 km/h, which allowed Berrettini to have 86% of points on his first serve ending in his favor. The 25-year-old has an exemplary record on grass, and he came into Wimbledon having won 17 of his last 19 matches on the surface - including a title run at Queen's last month.

Their only other clash was at the 2019 ATP Finals and Djokovic was a comfortable 6-2, 6-1 winner on the indoor hard courts at the O2 Arena in London.
Novak Djokovic vs Matteo Berrettini predictions Djokovic and Berrettini are arguably the best players on grass at the moment. The five-time Wimbledon champion has emerged victorious in 20 consecutive games here at Wimbledon while the Italian is currently on an unbeaten run of 11 games on the grass. On paper, Novak Djokovic is the clear favorite for his match against Matteo Berrettini. He is not playing his best tennis but his ability to raise his level when required is second to none. We expect a tough match, but Djokovic should nail the win at the end. Berrettini, in our opinion, wil win one or two sets.
