25/1 Manchester UTD to beat Watford!
MANCHESTER UTD vs WATFORD BETTING PREVIEW
Manchester United wrapped up second place - albeit at least 19 points adrift of neighbours Manchester City - with a goalless draw at West Ham United on Thursday night. With a cup final against Chelsea coming up next, Josè Mourinho will be keen for his side to find some form ahead of the meeting at Wembley. Man Utd are undefeated in 33 of their last 35 home matches in Premier League. Plus, they have won 10 of their last 11 matches against Watford in all competitions. In the two clubs' last encounter, the Red Devils won 4-2 at Vicarage Road in late November.
Jose Mourinho revealed that David de Gea will be rested for the home meeting with Watford, with Sergio Romero set to start in goal. He also been confirmed that Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial, Juan Mata, Michael Carrick, Daley Blind and Eric Bailly will all start. Scott McTominay could replace Paul Pogba in midfield while, in defense, Matteo Darmian could play at right back with Antonio Valencia making room. Another possible starter in defense is Victor Lindelof, who is in contention with Chris Smalling and Phil Jones. The likes of Romelu Lukaku and Marouane Fellaini will miss the clash through injury.
Watford ended a seven-match winless run with a 2-1 success against Newcastle United last time out. They could move into the top 10 with a victory, or even a draw, against the Red Devils. Anyway, the Hornets are without a win away from home in their last eleven outings only picking up one point in that time. During that seven-game run, Watford conceded 15 goals and scored just three. They will also be looking to score their first goal away from home since January 2.
Etienne Capoue is set to miss the trip to Old Trafford for personal reasons, meaning that Will Hughes should partner Abdoulaye Doucourè in the middle of the park. Nathaniel Chalobah is back in contention after eight months out injured but he will make the bench at maximum. Troy Deeney is expected to spearhead the attack, while Andre Gray may be at risk of dropping to the bench. Richarlison, Gerard Deulofeu and Roberto Pereyra will start as offensive midfielders. Kiko Femenía, Miguel Britos and André Carrillo all missed training on Friday, and are doubts. Younes Kaboul, Tom Cleverley and Stefano Okaka all remain sidelined
