Vladimir Petkovic has decided to keep faith in eighteen of the squad which went to Russia. Denis Zakaria shone in midfield and will keep his place alongside Granit Xhaka. Up front, the lone striker Haris Seferovic will be supported by Xherdan Shaqiri, Steven Zuber and Albian Ajeti, with the latter expected be in line for a place in the starting line-up ahead of Breel Embolo. The likes of Stephan Lichtsteiner, Fabian Schar, Ricardo Rodriguez and Manuel Akanji will form the four man backline.
