CAMBRIDGE UTD v LEEDS UTD BETTING PREVIEW
Cambridge were rock-bottom of the League Two table after nine games but Shaun Derry has dramatically turned theirfortunes around. With six wins and a draw in their last seven League Two outings, Cambridge have moved up into the play-off positions. The U's have suffered just three defeats in their past 16 league matches and hammered League One strugglers Coventry City 4-0 to advance to the 3rd of the Emirates FA Cup.
Manager Shaun Derry is hopeful Brad Halliday and George Maris (both knocks) will feature. Luke Berry will retain his berth and will play as number 10 with Uche Ikpeazu leading the line in a 4-2-3-1 formation. George Maris is hoping for a recall after recovering from a knock, but Medy Elito and Barry Corr are both expected to miss out with knee injuries.
Leeds meanwhile, were 22nd after seven rounds, but enjoyed a run that has seen them go W9-D1-L2 in their last 12. The Whites are in fifth position in the Championship standings and took 13 points from a possible 18 (W4-D1-L1) during December. Their only loss was came at Brighton where the defeat was incurred with 10 men. Their 1-1 draw at Aston Villa were the only points they have dropped in their last five matches as they recently recorded wins over Reading, Brentford, Preston North End and Rotherham United.
Manager Garry Monk is expecting to have a fully fit squad for this clash. Eunan O'Kane and Lewie Coyle are back in the fold but left-back Charlie Taylor remains a major injury concern and looks unlikely to play. Anyway, Kyle Bartley is expected to make a return from injury. Pablo Hernandez and Chris Wood are both pushing for a start.
