Son Heung-min is a major loss as he sits this game out due to suspension while Harry Kane remains sidelined and only has a chance of featuring again this season if Spurs reach the final. There are still fitness doubts surrounding Harry Winks and Erik Lamela, while Moussa Sissoko and Serge Aurier are definitely out. Fernando Llorente and Lucas Moura are expected to lead the line, while Dele Alli and Christian Eriksen will flank Erik Dier in the middle of the park. Danny Rose and Kieran Trippier will probably start as wing back, with Toby Alderweireld, Davinson Sanchez and Jan Vertonghen forming the three man backline.
Noussair Mazraoui should be fit to play after recovering from the ankle injury he sustained in Turin. He will join Matthijs De Ligt, Daley Blind and Nicolas Tagliafico at the back. Dusan Tadic should play once again as false nine, supported by Hakim Ziyech, David Neres and Donny Van De Beek. Klaas-Jan Huntelaar and Kasper Dolberg are the offensive alternatives for the hosts. In midfield, Frenkie De Jong and Lasse Schone are expected to feature from the off. Reserve players Hassane Bande and Carel Eiting as the only absentees.

Tottenham v Ajax betting preview
Tottenham have suffered three losses in their last four games across all competitions
Tottenham may have fallen away in the domestic title race and may have won just three of their last nine games in Premier League, but they are in the semi-finals of the premier European competition for only the second time in their history. Mauricio Pochettino's men suffered their first ever game at their new stadium in a 1-0 loss to West Ham on Saturday. Despite that, they still sit 3rd in the table, two points above fourth placed Chelsea. The Lilywhites have scored just one goal in three games since they progressed on away goals against Manchester City. Since an early loss to Barcelona in the Group stages, Tottenham have reeled off 4 successive victories at home in the Champions League.Son Heung-min is a major loss as he sits this game out due to suspension while Harry Kane remains sidelined and only has a chance of featuring again this season if Spurs reach the final. There are still fitness doubts surrounding Harry Winks and Erik Lamela, while Moussa Sissoko and Serge Aurier are definitely out. Danny Rose and Kieran Trippier will probably start as wing back, with Toby Alderweireld, Davinson Sanchez and Jan Vertonghen forming the three man backline.
Ajax have won their last four matches in all competitions
Ajax have been given a full 10 days rest before this match as last weekend's Eredivisie matchday has been postponed. Domestically, Erik Ten Dam's men are locked in a pulsating title race with PSV where they are level on point but with a better goal difference. The Dutch outfit has enjoyed their best moments of this season's competition away from home. They have pulled off shocking away wins over Real Madrid and Juventus in the last two rounds, plus a 3-3 draw at Bayern Munich earlier this season. Both teams have scored in the last 5 Ajax European matches.Noussair Mazraoui should be fit to play after recovering from the ankle injury he sustained in Turin. He will join Matthijs De Ligt, Daley Blind and Nicolas Tagliafico at the back. Dusan Tadic should play once again as false nine, supported by Hakim Ziyech, David Neres and Donny Van De Beek.
