JUVENTUS v BARCELONA BETTING PREVIEW

Juventus booked their quarter final spot with 3-0 aggregate win over FC Porto in the previous round and are one of the unbeaten teams in this season’s Champions League. Juventus have lost only one of their last 17 games in all competitions and they are closing in on their sixth straight Serie A title. They are currently on a 15-match winning run at Turin and have kept a clean sheet in 6 of their last 8 matches in this competition.

Manager Massimiliano Allegri made changes to his usual XI at the weekend and is likely to restore his regular starters for this clash. The likes of Leonardo Bonucci, Giorgio Chiellini, Mario Mandžukic and Miralem Pjanic will return to the starting XI. Gonzalo Higuain will spearhead the attack as usual, with Paulo Dybala few meters behind him. Dani Alves will face off against his former club while Marko Pjaca is the only absentee for the hosts.

Barca suffered a shock 2-0 defeat when they visited Malaga in the league at the weekend missing out on a chance to go level on points with Real Madrid. They have dropped points in six of their away games in La Liga this season. Their La Liga away record comprises of 10 wins, three draws and three defeats. The Blaugrana have also lost two of their away games in this competition, against Manchester City and Paris St. Germain. Luis Enrique's men lost the first leg of their Round of 16 meeting with PSG 4-0 in Paris but they somehow turned things around in the second leg at Camp Nou, winning 6-1 in the most memorable night in the Champions League.

Sergio Busquets is suspended for the first leg and will be replaced by Andrè Gomes, with Ivan Rakitic and Andres Iniesta completing the midfield trio. Arda Turan missed out at the weekend because of injury and remains a doubt here. The attack will obviously remain unchanged as Neymar, Leo Messi and Luis Suarez are untouchable. Aleix Vidal and Rafinha are out for the remainder of the season, meaning that Sergi Roberto and Jordi Alba will play as full backs in most of the matches.
