Latest Racing Tips
Ascot Racecourse
Ascot Racecourse is located in Berkshire, just six miles from Windsor Castle.
It is one of Britain’s finest racecourses, more than 300 years old, with action of the highest quality on the flat and over obstacles.
The racecourse has close associations with the Royal Family. Not least because it was founded by Queen Anne in 1711, who declared the area “ideal for horses to gallop at full stretch”.
The right-handed flat course is just over one mile, six furlongs long, with a difficult 73-foot climb from the lowest point to the highest. It is not unusual for horses to come from way off the pace to lead near the finish.
There is also a round course where they race over a mile and further with a two and a half furlong straight.
The chase course has 10 fences per circuit which can be tough jumping but big, galloping types are suited by it.
What is Royal Ascot ?
Royal Ascot is the major calendar event at Ascot Racecourse in Berkshire. It was founded in 1711 by Queen Anne and is attended every year by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and members of the Royal Family.
Royal Ascot features some of the most prestigious and historic races of the flat season with the five-day meeting featuring eight Group One contests – the highest category of flat racing.
All races at Royal Ascot take place on the flat. Jump racing has taken place in the winter at Ascot since 1965 but jumps races have never been part of the programme at Royal Ascot.
Top horses, fascinating contenders and smart prospects compete on different tracks, against greatly respected opponents, with a number of Royal Ascot free bets, sign-up offers, and first deposit bonuses swooping in with each passing race.
In 2022, the Royal Ascot will be held in mid-June, starting on the 14th and ending on June 18. Starting in 14:30, and opening with the Queen Anne Stakes.
This year's five-day festival will have the largest prize money total in the event's history, with a jaw-dropping £8,652,000 prize pot on offer.
ITV will be showing the races, whilst Sky Sports Racing will also broadcast throughout the week.

Ascot Draw Bias
The Draw bias at Royal Ascot is something that most certainly deserves some attention. Knowing where you’re horse is drawn and deciphering where the advantage is vital.
If your horse is drawn low, it should be beneficial (tipically). Anyway, in recent years, particularly in big fields handicap, the bias has changed, with high drawn horses having the most success.
Alongside the draw, is the pace angle, and trying to figure out how the race will be run is a great tool in trying to find the winner.
