Arsenal vs Liverpool Betting Preview
Arsenal have picked up just four points from the last 15 available in the Premier League and have been bumped down to an unsightly fourth position amid their festive plight. The Gunners suffered two consecutive London derby defeats to West Ham and Fulham. Mikel Arteta's men are struggling at the back - they have kept just one clean sheet in the last 7 matches in all competitions.
Liverpool are the in-form team in form heading into this clash with no defeats in their last 15 domestic games. The Reds extended their lead at the top of the table with back-to-back wins over Burnley (2-0) on Boxing Day and Newcastle (4-2) on New Year's Day. Anyway, Jurgen Klopp's men have been inconsistent on their travels - in the last 10 away games they have recorded four wins, three draws and three defeats.
These two teams put on a show when they met in the league last month and played out a high quality 1-1 draw at Anfield, courtesy of goals scored by Gabriel Magalhaes and Mohamed Salah.
When they last met at the Emirates Stadium, back in October 2022, the Gunners nailed a 3-2 victory. The Reds have score at least two goals in each of their last encounters against Arsenal in all competitions.

Probable Line-Ups
Arsenal (4-3-3): Ramsdale; White, Saliba, Gabriel, Kiwior; Odegaard, Rice, Havertz; Saka, Jesus, Martinelli
Mikel Arteta is set to lose Takehiro Tomiyasu once again as the Japanese has joined his national team for the Asian Cup. Mohamed Elneny has also left for the Africa Cup of Nations whereas Oleksandr Zinchenko, Thomas Partey, Jurrien Timber and Fabio Vieira are the other absences due to injury. Jakub Kiwior will start at left-back but no other changes are expected in the starting XI, as the Gunners will have a 13-day break to recuperate after Sunday's encounter
Liverpool (4-3-3): Alisson; Alexander-Arnold, Konate, Van Dijk, Gomez; Jones, Mac Allister, Gravenberch; Jota, Gakpo, Diaz
The visitors will be without their star man Mohamed Salah who has been called up to represent Egypt at the Africa Cup of Nations. Japanese international Wataru Endo is also participating in the Asian Cup. Dominik Szoboszlai is a major doubt as he left the pitch early against Newcastle holding with a hamstring injury. As a result, Alexis Mac Allister, Curtis Jones and Ryan Gavenberch are expected to start in the middle of the park. The likes of Thiago Alcantara, Stefan Bajcetic, Andy Robertson, Kostas Tsimikas, Ben Doak and Joel Matip are sidelined.
Our Arsenal vs Liverpool Predictions
Arsenal have won just one of the last six matches and have been ineffective in the final third of late.
Liverpool are unbeaten at home in all competitions this term, but on the road clean sheets have been hard to come by (just two clean sheets in 14 away games so far).
The Reds will also miss their club star - Mo Salah - and two regular starters in midfield such as Endo and Szoboszlai.
In our opinion, Arsenal should be able to make home advantage count to seal their spot in round four.
The Correct Score could be a 2-1 Arsenal win. The both teams to score options and Alexis Mac Allister to receive a card also sound good to us.
