Chelsea v Real Madrid Betting Preview
Chelsea came away with a 1-1 draw from Madrid last week, but mostly important looked the best side despite playing away. The Blues have improved dramatically since the arrival of Thomas Tuchel. Of the 23 games the former Paris Saint-Germain has been in charge of across all competitions, the Londoners have recorded 15 victories, six draws and just two defeats, a run of results that has lifted them to 4th in the Premier League standings and taken them to the FA Cup final. Chelsea look rock solid at the back, expecially at Stamford Bridge where they have kept ten clean sheets in their last 11 games in all competitions.
Real Madrid will be boosted by their 2-0 victory against Osasuna at home, stretching their unbeaten run to 19th matches. They remain locked in a title fight for La Liga as they are two points shy of city rivals Atletico Madrid with 4 games left. Zizou's men were underwhelming in the home leg but still have plenty of chances to qualify for the final, considering their awy record. The Galacticos have conceded just two goals in their last seven matches on the road, and are unbeaten in the last nine away outings.
Best OddsChelsea are favorite (despite the price is drifting) at 49/20 with Unibet. The draw is backable at 11/5 with Ladbrokes while the best price for Atletico to win is 17/5 at Betfred.
STS bookmaker are offering 7/5 for Chelsea to win in 90 minutes. The draw is available at 12/5 with Unibet while the away win is backable at 13/5 with William Hill.

Team News & Probable Line-Ups
Chelsea (3-4-2-1): Mendy; Silva, Rudiger, Christensen; Azpilicueta, Jorginho, Kante, Chilwell; Mount, Pulisic; Havertz
Mateo Kovacic missed last time out against Fulham with a thigh issue and remains a doubt here. Antonio Rudiger also missed out having picked up an injury in the first leg against Real, but could be fit in time for Wednesday's second leg provided he plays with a facial mask. Kai Havertz scored twice at the weekend and is expected to lead the line, with Christian Pulisic and Mason Mount behind him. Mount was forced off late in the Fulham clash with a back problem but is expected to play here. Timo Werner and Olivier Giroud provide further offensive options.
Real Madrid (4-3-3): Courtois; Odriozola, Militao, Nacho, Mendy; Casemiro, Kroos, Modric; Asensio, Benzema, Vinicius Jr
Raphael Varane has been ruled out of Real Madrid's second leg with an abductor injury while Dani Carvajal and Lucas Vazquez's absences may force Zidane to field Alvaro Odriozola from the off. Ferland Mendy has suffered a calf problem but has been training while Sergio Ramos is available but far from being 100% fit. Anyway, Marcelo was expected to miss the Chelsea game entirely, but the Brazilian has fulfilled his obligation to be part of a polling station in the Madrid Assembly elections and is free to travel. Eden Hazard could play a more prominent role for Madrid as his comeback from injury continued with a start against Osasuna on Saturday but Marcos Asensio and Vinicius Jr. are favourite to partner Karim Benzema up front. No changes are expected in the middle of the park, with Luka Modric, Casemiro and Toni Kroos anchoring the midfield.
Our Chelsea v Real Madrid PredictionsThis could be a cagey affair early on, forcing Real Madrid to go for goals at Stamford Bridge in order to book their spot in the showpiece event. This could see both teams finding the back of the net, so a BTTS bet is recommended. As to the scoreline, this could end in a 1-1 draw once again! That would see the teams playing extra-times (and eventually the match go on penalties).
