Matt Ritchie is back for the Magpies after serving a one-match ban but Paul Dummett is doubtful and Fabian Schar is suspended. A toe injury kept Kenedy out against Everton in midweek and the Brazilian remains a doubt for the Toffees here. Christian Atsu and Jacob Murphy could drop to the bench after starting against Everton on Wednesday, with Ayoze Perez possibly in line for a return after his rest at Goodison Park. Up front, Salomon Rondon will lead the line, with Yoshinori Muto and Joselu viable alternatives. The likes of Mohamed Diamè and Ki Sung-Yueng are likely to anchor the midfield since Isaac Hayden is not 100% fit.
The visitors welcome back Ruben Neves after the Portuguese midfielder missed last time out through suspension. He could replace Romain Saiss in central midfield. Espirito Santo is likely to keep faith in his 3-4-1-2 system, with Diogo Jota playing up top with Raul Jimenez and Morgan Gibbs-White supporting that duo from midfield. That would mean that Adama Traore, Ivan Cavaleiro and Helder Costa would again miss out. Matt Doherty and Ruben Vinagre are expected to start as wing backs, with Willy Boly, Conor Coady and Ryan Bennett forming the three man backline.
Wolves (3-4-1-2): Rui Patricio; Bennett, Coady, Boly; Doherty, Vinagre, Moutinho, Neves; Gibbs-White; Jimenez, Jota

Newcastle vs Wolves betting preview
Newcastle have lost just one of their last six Premier League games
Newcastle have shown some improved form recently and that has been enough to pull them away from the relegation zone. Three wins out of three in November - two on home soil - have lifted the Magpies into 14th place with 13 points from 15 games. Anyway, Rafa Benitez's men lost 3-0 at home against West Ham on 1st December and shared the spoils at Everton (1-1) in midweek. Their meagre tally of six home goals is the third lowest in the Premier League so far.Matt Ritchie is back for the Magpies after serving a one-match ban but Paul Dummett is doubtful and Fabian Schar is suspended. Wolves came from a goal behind to beat Chelsea at home on Wednesday
Wolves enter this clash on the back of an impressive victory over Chelsea but that was their first league win since the beginning of October. They have lost five out of six, including defeats in late November to Huddersfield and Cardiff. Prior to that, Nuno Espirito Santo's men suffered just one defeat in their first eight Premier League games - a run which included four wins and 1-1 draws with Man City and Man Utd. Wolves have failed to scored more than once in any of their seven away league matches so far (W2 D2 L3), netting five goals in total. The visitors welcome back Ruben Neves after the Portuguese midfielder missed last time out through suspension.
