  • Written by David Bet
ITV is hosting a virtual Grand National race this Saturday, April 4 - the same date and time of what was supposed to be the race meeting this year. Horse racing fans can follow the action in this year’s Virtual Grand National. Read here how to watch the Virtual Grand National 2020.

Virtual Grand National profits donated to NHS

The Virtual Grand National will see 40 virtual horses simulating the famous Aintree race for the fourth year running.  It should satisfy the curiosity of sports fans who were wondering what could happen had the actual real-life race gone ahead. This year bokmakers will donate ALL profits to the NHS Charities Together group.

The Virtual Grand National gives us all an opportunity to enjoy a virtual day at the races – and it’s for a great cause, with all our profits going to charity.

All profits after costs and duties will be donated to the NHS Charities Together group in agreement with the game provider Inspired Entertainment.

If you wish you can also make your own donations to the charity by clicking here.

You can bet a maximum of £10 per horse – either as a £10 win or £10 each-way bet. No separate place betting is permitted.

But most important, you can watch the entire race live on your TV, smartphone, tablet or computer.
