Released by Evolution Gaming, Deal or No Deal is based on Endemol Shine TV format: the contestant must make a choice between making a deal and settling for a certain cash amount or taking a risk and competing for a potentially higher cash prize.
This dynamic version of the popular TV show is the first live game show available 24 hours, 7 days a week. Deal or No Deal Live is streamed from a state-of-the-art studio, designed to replicate the familiar TV show surroundings.
What is Deal or No Deal Live?Deal or No Deal Live is a slot variation based upon the popular gameshow Deal or No Deal.
It’s a three-reel bank vault wheel which begins with a qualifying round in which you must line up gold segments into the central section of the wheel.
Qualify and you have the opportunity to win 500x your bet by playing Deal or No Deal exactly how it’s played on the television!
How to Play Deal or No Deal LiveThere are a number of stages to Deal or No Deal Live and it all begins with the Qualification Round.
Qualification RoundTo enter the main game you must first play the qualification round. This plays in a similar way to a classic slot, in which you spin the three-wheel slot and are required to align the gold segments within the set time limit.
There are different levels to this ranging from very easy to difficult, with the qualification time varying. Additionally, the more you bet, the bigger the prize will be should you win.
You can set the wheel to Normal mode (each spin costs its face value and all three sections have to be collected); Easy Mode (you only have to get the remaining two. This increases your bet 3 fold); Very Easy Mode (you only have one of the qualification section. This costs 9x your initial bet).
Every spin during your allotted time will be a bet and during this round you must select your briefcase.
Top-Up WheelOnce you’ve completed qualification you then move on to the Top-Up Wheel.
This gives you the opportunity to top-up the amount you have in your briefcase. This is done by placing your bets and spinning the wheel once more in a given time limit.
Wherever it stops the value is added to the case you selected.
Deal or No DealThen it’s time to play Deal or No Deal!
You play in the same way as the show, with your pre-selected briefcase now front and centre. You then must begin to eliminate random boxes filled with potential prizes. Once you’ve picked a box, the prize is off the table and cannot be won.
After a set number of box selections you will be given offers by the banker. This will be prize money which you can either accept or continue playing, depending on what you believe is inside your own box.
When only your box and one other box remain, you will be offered the chance to switch. This means you can either select your box to win the contents of, or the other one.
If you chose no deal, you’ll win the prize of your assigned briefcase whereas if you chose to switch briefcases, you’ll win the prize of the other briefcase.
Your game show winnings will appear on-screen, after which you’ll be returned to the qualification round.
