Aidan O'Brien's QUADRILATERAL was only lightly raced last season but won all three of her starts, including the Fillies’ Mile at Newmarket, beating many of those who will face in this race.
LOVE followed her first success in a Leopardstown maiden in July with a Group 3 score at the same track just two weeks later, before landing a debut top-level victory at The Curragh in September. She finished a respectable length and three-quarter back in third in the Fillies’ Mile over this course and distance in the autumn.
Jessica Harrington’s MILLISLE put in a storming run in the Cheveley Park Stakes but it is unclear whether she can reproduce her best form over eight furlongs.
RAFFLE PRIZE won impressively over six furlongs in the Duchess of Cambridge Stakes here last July. It remains to be seen how she will cope with the longer distance of the 1000 Guineas.

The 1000 Guineas is the second of Britain’s five Classics. It's a mile race run at Newmarket and is open to three-year-old fillies. Generally, this race takes place every year on the first Sunday of May, following the 2000 Guineas on the Rowley Mile. In 2020 the 1000 Guineas has been postponed since June due to the coronavirus pandemic.1000 Guineas Course Record
The course record of 1m 34.22s was set in 2009 by the Barry Hills-trained Ghanaati. This was nearly beaten in 2015 by Legatissimo (1m 34.60s), trained by David Wachman.
