This Sunday Napoli will host AS Roma in what promises to be an exciting matchup. After qualifying for the knockout round of the UEFA Champions League, Napoli will be looking to shift their focus on the league and will try to end the year on a high. NAPOLI vs ROMA: MATCH PREVIEW- Napoli qualified for the first time to the knockout round of Europe's elite club competition after finishing second in Group A. They were held to a 1-1 result at Novara last time out - their fourth draw in their last five league games and lie fifth in the standings. Napoli have lost a bit of momentum on the domestic front in recent weeks and currently are positioned on the 5th with 21 points from 14 games.

- At home they are unbeaten in the last 4 with 2 wins bringing their record to 3 wins, 3 draws and one loss. The single loss was against Parma but after that they were able to beat Udinese (2-0) and drew against Lazio (0-0) and Juventus (3-3) before they won the game against Lecce a couple of weeks ago.

- Roma are also winless in their last three games, winning just two of their last seven league matches. Away from home, Luis Enrique's side have lost four of their last five games, failing to score in the last two. The Giallorossi are currently placed 10th in the league table and have picked only 18 points from 14 matches played thus far.

- Roma will be bolstered by the return of defender Juan, midfielder Gago and striker Bojan. All three players missed the game against Juventus through suspension. However, Roma midfielder Miralem Pjanic will serve a one-match ban this weekend.

- Luis Enrique is faced with a plethora of defensive problems. Nicolas Burdisso, Simon Kjaer and Marco Cassetti are all out with injuries. Juan is available, but Luis Enrique will consider playing De Rossi in defence again. Lamela, Borriello and Bojan are fighting for a spot to partner Totti and Osvaldo.

- Inler and Gargano are both back available, so Hamsik will move forward into his typical role. Dossena and Zuniga are in contention for a spot on the left hand side. Edinson Cavani and Ezequiel Lavezzi are most likely to continue upfront.

- Napoli should be focusing on the league again and if they are 100% concentrated there will be nowhere Roma can hide. Napoli will draw some positives from the corresponding fixture of the last season, as they beat Roma 2-0.
