Italian boss Di Matteo has been tipped to make a couple of changes to his starting lineup, with Brazilian midfielder Oscar believed to be in contention to make his full debut.

Chelsea may be without Ramires due to illness, while Marko Marin is out with a hamstring problem. Ryan Bertrand could start on the left of the midfield once again, while Daniel Sturridge will also push for a place in the starting eleven having recovered from a toe injury

Pavel Pogrebnyak is likely to lead the line yet again and he could be a real threat for Reading this time out. Reading's only injury concern is winger Jimmy Kebe, who also has a hamstring injury. Jason Roberts will serve the second of his 3 match suspension so will be absent once again
