What is Betfair Live Video? Betfair Live Video is an online video service, offering live streaming sports events to Betfair customers. Currently the sports we offer are Horseracing, Soccer, Tennis, Snooker, Volleyball, Basketball, Darts.
Do I need to pay?
1.3 A
minimum matched bet of GBP2 must be placed on the relevant ‘day of the
race market’, and placed via the exchange, in order to watch a
particular horse race. Tote bets do not qualify for this service.
Customers should be aware that SP bets do not qualify as matched bets
until the very start of race and they will therefore be unable to access
the race stream until this time. Betfair reserve the right to introduce
other fees, subscriptions or charges or conditions for access to
Betfair Live Video in the future. You will be made aware of the
introduction of any charge or condition before it is introduced.

Kong, France, South Africa, Sri Lanka and the Caribbean (all islands in
the Caribbean Sea, Belize and Guyana).

In what language will the match commentary be provided?
Match commentary will only be available in English.
Do I need a broadband Internet connection?
Yes. A broadband connection is required for viewing all Betfair Live Video events.
What quality will the video be?
Live matches are supplied in Adobe Flash Player or Windows Media Player at bit rates of:

- 650k (player size: 480 x 320)
Can I separate the video screen from the Betfair Live Video site?
Yes. Use the "Player Only" button under the Windows Media Player to view the video only.
Can I watch more than one event at a time?
